Slideway Oils. Specially formulated slideway lubricants to provide all-round performance with good stick-slip and load carrying the performance. They combine controlled frictional characteristics with high film- strength and high load carrying properties to eliminate ‘stick-slip’.
Applications include lightly loaded slideways such as found on small center lathes and combined hydraulic and slideway systems such as in reciprocating grinding machines.

Castrol Magna SW D : Demulsifying Type Slide Way Lubricant
Specially formulated for the lubrication of slideways on machine tools. They are fortified with selected oiliness, extreme pressure additives and special material to impart tackiness and adhesiveness. They reduce machine tool carriage chatter and possess the necessary adhesive characteristics to prevent squeezing out of the lubricant.
